You don\u2019t have to have it all together. It\u2019s okay to rest.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Health isn\u2019t one-size fits all. <\/strong><\/p>\n<p>What feels good for one person might not work for you \u2013 and that\u2019s okay! Even what works for you one week might shift the next week. Our needs change, our routines change\u2026 that\u2019s part of being human.<\/p>\n<p>The truth is, there\u2019s no magic potion out there or perfect routine that guarantees us peace or balance. What matters is tuning in and listening to our body and its needs, and finding small, consistent things that supports both your mental and physical health.<\/p>\n<p>It can be easy to forget those things when life gets busy. Some days, showing up for yourself might look like journaling or moving your body.
