First things first, although I\u2019m passionate about wellbeing<\/a> and I\u2019m a self confessed fragrance addict, until recently I\u2019d never really managed to make pillow mists work for me. Full disclosure: I\u2019ve suffered sleep envy for most of my adult life and that said, whenever I tried a pillow spray I had high expectations, expecting it to magically send me to sleep, waking up 6 or 7 hours later fully refreshed and ready to take on anything; so of course when nothing of the sort happened I\u2019d decide that they didn\u2019t work. But, as I\u2019ve worked on boosting my wellbeing<\/a> over recent years and tried to find positive ways of managing my stress<\/a>, I\u2019ve undertaken a deep dive into the power of scent<\/a>, especially aromatherapy<\/a> and to a lesser degree aromacology.<\/p>\n

What I have discovered is that these mists work to calm, soothe and relax me; what I\u2019ve found is that I look forward to my bedtime ritual… I spritz my pillows and sometimes my duvet, lay down and breathe<\/a>.<\/p>\n
