Unlike regular mascaras, tubing mascaras coat each lash in tiny, water-resistant \u201ctubes\u201d that stay put all day, giving you longer-looking, smudge-free lashes. They\u2019re also perfect as a top coat to \u201cset\u201d your favourite mascara!<\/p>\n

“Most of the mascaras on the market will be using wax or oil ingredients where you will be painting layers of pigment onto the lashes. Tubing mascara formula is made of polymers and is much better as it coats each individual lash, just like \u201ctube\u201d. Lashes then look more natural and stay put better. <\/span>How do tubing mascaras work?<\/strong><\/span><\/h3>\n

Tubing mascaras use something called \u2018polymers\u2019, often included on ingredients lists as polyvinylpyrrolidone.<\/p>\n

They act by creating a film around your lashes, encapsulating them. They wrap around the lash, helping to make them look longer too.<\/p>\n

<\/span>Removal is simple, too! <\/strong><\/span><\/h3>\n

It\u2019s a little more tricky than removing regular mascara, you do it by gently removing with warm water. The mascara will slide off the lashes in tubes or little clumps. It\u2019s less irritating on the eyes as you don\u2019t have to rub the skin with makeup remove. It\u2019s gentle on the eyes, making it an ideal choice for those with sensitive skin for contact lenses.<\/p>\n
