Here are some tips from my sister, Amanda Rabor, founder of Mini Mode. <\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong><em>Keep reading to find out more&#8230;<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>This time of the year is actually quite tricky. The days are growing longer and fatigue is starting to set in earlier. Seasonal malaise is looming as well as the Pisces full <a href=\"https:\/\/wowbeauty.co\/health-and-wellbeing\/hunters-moon-unusual-ways-it-will-affect-your-body\/\">moon<\/a> in Virgo which annually heightens our natural sensitivities to our lives.<\/p>\n<p>It\u2019s the time of year that we need a \u2018pick me up\u2019, a refresh and reset to prepare us for the winter ahead. So with all of this said, how do we do this? I\u2019m going to make a few suggestions that can help with or without a budget.<\/p>\n<p>When I need a reset and I don\u2019t want to spend any money there are a few things I can do. I find that resets are really about emotional and auric\u00a0\u00a0renewal. It\u2019s a way to let go of the old to make room for the new or just get rid of a heavy emotional load.<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li><strong>Journal<\/strong>. Simple but effective journaling is essential to offload whatever is on your mind.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Meditate<\/strong>. I\u2019d do a deeper meditation. Try and find something with a bit of hypnotism or regression linked in so you can go to the root of feelings and get a better outcome for your renewal.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Ritual<\/strong>. I\u2019d perform some sort of ritual of letting go of the things that I\u2019ve identified as no longer serving me. You can make up your own ritual. What\u2019s important is doing something to mark the occasion for yourself.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Bath<\/strong>. I think its such a beautiful way to refresh yourself after letting go. Choose some herbs you like, boil them up and have a gorgeous bath to seal it all up. (Side note, make sure you research the herbs and ensure they are safe to use).<\/li>\n<li><strong>Nature<\/strong>. Go into nature and spend as much time as possible there imbibing mothers love.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Sex magic and breathe work<\/strong> is so powerful and refreshing. Tap into Kundalini energy\u2026\u2026<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>Now if I have a budget, I would still do all of the above but I\u2019d include some energy\/emotional work with trained practitioners. I personally love a practice called Hakomi. It\u2019s gentle but very effective at releasing emotions held in the body. A session with <a href=\"http:\/\/www.loantran.net\/\">Loan Tran<\/a> costs \u00a370 in person or online.<\/p>\n<p>Another thing I would do\u00a0\u00a0around the <a href=\"https:\/\/wowbeauty.co\/health-and-wellbeing\/preparing-for-the-full-moon-and-harnessing-its-energy\/\">moon<\/a> cycle is with <a href=\"https:\/\/www.femininerevolution.com\/?utm_campaign=7924a3ba-4574-4b27-96ac-2942e4c48af5&amp;utm_source=so&amp;utm_medium=mail&amp;cid=3203cb45-7ce4-4806-9344-ce3ae7acc91f\">Andrea at The Feminine Revolution<\/a>. She holds 2 weeks moon cycle meetings which are Shamanic meditations online. Costs \u00a39 but you can get a membership as well. She also does incredible energy work.
