Humidity can wreak havoc on your hair\u2026 I\u2019m sure I\u2019m not the only one to notice that as soon as the humidity rises, my hair doubles in size as the frizz goes off the scale\u2026 but not all is lost!<\/p>\n

Here are some tips to help manage the impact of humidity<\/a> as well as protecting and strengthening your hair that has been coloured from the heat, humidity, chlorine damage and more.<\/p>\n

Keep the temperature down in the shower<\/strong><\/p>\n

Yes, we all love relaxing hot showers, but cooler water<\/a> helps seal your hair cuticles so they lie flat and make it glossier and more manageable.<\/p>\n

When in the shower, also make sure to pay attention to the products you\u2019re using in there. \u201cIt’s important to create the correct base for your hair, using a shampoo & conditioner that works for your hair type is key.
