What inspired you to start this fab brand?<\/strong><\/h4>\n

Flora & Curl is an ingredient conscious haircare line made with plant powered ingredients. Flora is latin for plant life. Flora & Curl Haircare is the creation of my struggle to find products that worked effectively on my naturally dry hair, and contributed to the overall health of my hair. Since embracing my natural hair, I had been making my own haircare and bodycare products in my mum’s kitchen because I was able to ensure its potency, but I didn’t always have the time to with a busy work and life schedule. While developing Flora & Curl<\/a>, I knew that I didn’t want to create a line that was overly complicated or required a complex number of steps. My collection is designed to be simple and easy to understand. We combine truly natural, effective ingredients to work together synergistically in such a way that ultimately less means more.<\/p>\n

What would you say are your biggest learnings as a fempreneur?<\/strong><\/h4>\n

As an entrepreneur, I have learned that team work really makes the dream work. Your team is very important in building your business. Building a team of people who are not just good at what they do is merely the beginning. Passion is the fuel. I am inspired daily by our customers\u2019 feedback and loyalty and results and also by my passionate team. We\u2019ve gone from building the business, to building a real community.<\/p>\n
